Stuff

Well, I got some drawing time in last night. :)

Thank you much brian fo the link there is much I can do with it I think.

I'm going to try and get some more time in tonight. Hopefully before matt get's home so that I don't have all the distractions going. I've put the call out to some other friends as well so things are starting to crawl in the right direction. I'm hoping that tonight or tomorrow that I will have something semi post worthy to put up for veiwing. ;)

first round pictures.

OK this is some *REALLY* freaking old stuff as in if not my first keepers pretty darn close. It's not the sketch books I was looking for (those are still MIA) and just loose sheets of paper that some how (can we say miracle if you look at how many moves they have been through?!?) stayed together.

I'm going to put them up in oldest to newest format. the plants were my oldest works, the birds pull from the same rough time period. We're talking mid teens which for once makes me feel kind of old and that is pretty hard to do. ;)

So here are those.....and I have to say I'm still pretty darn proud of them. (although now a days I think different backgrounds could have been used. *wink*)

As a note everything is done in standard #2 pencil and colored pencils. :P (just click for close ups and a better look.)


For a little change of pace here's a water color (the closest I've ever gotten to something passable) from the same time period. And now that I think about it I was sixteen tops when all these were done.

And now on to the cartoon-ish stuff. Take a wild guess as to what I was reading at the time. ;)
I have better pecil work floating around somewhere. Still looking for it. LOL!
